* Next Day Delivery will only apply if your post code is listed in Australia Post “Next Business Day Delivery Networks”. Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer. Don’t hesitate in contacting us if you are unsure. All parcels are fully tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.

Returns & Replacements
Should your purchase not be appropriate Decal8 welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Please contact us for a Returns & Exchanges form, this shall be emailed to you and includes all appropriate information to assist you in the process. Please print this, fill out all relevant fields and return to the address provided. Upon receiving your return we shall be in touch to notify you of details of an issued store credit or confirm your exchange. Although we strive to fulfill a fast turnaround period please allow 4 days during peak times. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Decal8, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer. All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact if a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged. Decal8 will provide credit for returned items only. Decal8 reserves the right to charge actual original postage cost on the return of an item. We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order. Strictly no returns or exchanges on Special orders*, Personalised orders, sale or discounted items. *Each special order product will be tagged “SPECIAL ORDER”. Some of these items are imported from overseas and can therefore not be returned or exchanged.
